Die Gruppe is an informal group that meets in members homes for refreshments and German conversation. Members come from all walks of life, and from many countries and cultures. Once a year the TGDC organizes a gala celebration, the German Pioneer Ball, to bring together all those in the North Texas area who have a connection to Germany to celebrate and share German culture. Voces Intimae Voces Intimae was founded in the Spring of 2005 to inspire the revival of Art Song in the North Texas region. Our mission is twofold: to sustain the art of the song recital via professional concerts and events and to promote the development of young emerging artists in this special repertoire through workshops and targeted recital opportunities.
